My lineup didn't count
Why a match may have used a different lineup than you expected.
If a match used a lineup you didn't expect, one of these usually explains it.
Check these
- It wasn't saved before kickoff. The game falls back to your last valid lineup, or a caretaker one.
- It wasn't valid. Missing starters, a duplicate, an unavailable player, or a broken formation makes a lineup ineligible, so an older valid one was used.
- A starter became unavailableafter you saved. The engine won't field an unavailable player.
Avoid it next time
Save a valid lineup well before kickoff, and use Suggest XIif you're short on time. A saved lineup is the one must-do before matchday.
